The urban improvement team works closely with the education professionals working in the SDMC Primary School and its various components. The project has initiated regular Bal Sabhas during the morning assembly time in the school, through which children are initiated towards caring for their immediate surroundings, environment, and the city that they live in! The school faced a precarious health situation due to it being situated next to the Barapullah Nallah. The community outreach team worked along with the school teachers to sensitize the school children and their family members, to bring about a favorable change in their built environment.
